2 Brave Boys
Today took Billy for his 11 year old vaccine shot and Daniel for his 10 month old one
Billy went 1st and was a bit afraid till the nurse mentioned a lolly pop and I said he could also have a icecream from McD's. He was brave then.
Daniel was really good wasnt sure whether to cry or not and between the nurse and I we convinced him that the mobile was worth smiling at.

MEME http://septembersmelody.com/monday/miss-elainie
Loosing Oneself-
1. I thought about writing a book about-
my childhood
2. My favorite place to read is-
in bed at night before going to sleep
3. I have a preference for these kind of books-
books about people in the olden days
4. If I just purchased a book and less than halfway through it I find that it is so boring-
try and sell it on TradeMe
5. The last book I read was-
The 3rd book in the Canadian Series

The first municipal electric power station, gave electricity to its first 85 customers this day in 1882. Where would be without this invention of Thomas Edison's.

The Crocodile has died
I feel for his family
His poor wife Teri and 2 children they are so young to grow up without their dad
Am I old fashioned when I think when you have children you should settle down a bit and be careful???

I found this - "A real hero knows how to unblock drains" (page 67)
I think its a gem considering what my own gem had to do in the weekend.
Thanks again Muzz
I am so so grateful

Tonight at youth group
we had dinner then we went to a lady's house she is the deacon at church
she has a very flash house
we used her games room - it has the works!! - Xbox, a huge Tv, pool table, piano, books, computer, board games and a hand toggle football (I dont know what you call these games) and once lifting that off it became a mini pool table and lifting that off you got a table tennis table
There Daniel encounter a cat up close and personal. Daniel hasnt had much experience whatsoever with cats. If my memory serves me well the last cat he encountered was when he was only about 2 months old. The cat was lovely and friendly. It even smooched Daniel much to Daniel's surprise - Daniel didnt cry but he wasnt too sure about this animal. Later I noticed that both the cat and Daniel very keeping their distance but watching each other too.

I say ... and you think ... ?
Wiggle: That great Australian children's group that sing for children. The Wiggles they sure do wiggle. They are awesome. Very talented kindy teachers who have made many children happy.
Face: We all have them and we are all different in our appearence. That in itself is incredible.
Adjustable: Clothes, rountines are just two things I can think of that could be adjustable if need be
Room: My favourite room is my lounge its where I spend time on here :) and my bedroom - I like my bed
Easy: Easy listening music is nice to listen to
Store: At the moment I am reading the Canadian West Series. In the stories you, well I came to realise just how important the trading store was for the early Canadian settlements
Maid: If I were rich Id be sure to have them and Im sure I would have been one had I lived in the 1900's.
9 pm: Last night I went to bed last night. Billy had wanted me to watch a movie on Tv with him. However, I knew Id be busy today. So decided it was far better for everyone if I went to bed. I find I have to pace myself

Its Fathers Day
This is what Daniel gave Muzz for father's day
I made it at playgroup on Tuesday, while Daniel sat in a highchair beside me and played
I have blotted his face out to protect Daniel's identity
Billy gave him things he had made and he also gave him a photo of himself and Daniel
At church the youth group including Billy and I made and gave scones with jam and cream to the fathers. Which by all accounts they enjoyed.

Today has a been a busy day
Today we discovered that Daniel has his 3rd tooth
I did a pile of washing today
I mowed most of the lawns - the 1st time since becoming preggy with Daniel. Felt good until the mower acted all sick. Shame cause I wanted to do all the lawns. Will have to get my landlord to look at it. From his track record the lawns maybe knee high by the tiome I get it back :(
Muzz the good man that he is unblocked my drain. Some certain big boy whom I wont name decided to put a rock and a upside down coke bottle down the drainpipe causing a rather mucky job for poor but wonderful Muzz to fix up for me. Bless him :)
Muzz worked this afternoon. While he was gone we were kept busy. My wonderful next door neighbour babysat Daniel for the 1st time for 1/2 an hour. Billy and I needed to go out for a litle while and Muzz had taken the carseat with him. Billy and I had to go and sort out something for Father's Day tomorrow Shhhhhhhhhh!!!!

What was the most interesting news story you have heard this week?
I really liked it when Olaf Wiig was set free. It was interesting that because he came from here they allowed him to go. Hopefully this also means we are still safe here In little old New Zealand. See these two links to see who this man is.

Happiness Challenge Day 1
I found this the other day - far too late to do for August unfortunity
But I liked doing the gratitude entries (I did them a while ago for a month) that I decided I would be slightly different and do my challenge in September
So here goes:- Today I had lunch in the car with Muzz and Daniel, by a river and watched a jet skiier enjoying himself
that made me happy
I like picnics with my loved ones
it was a beautiful, 1st day of Spring day, though it was windy so we stayed in the car
Muzz and I had Hawaiian burgers and garlic chips and I gave Daniel a lunch I had already prepared for him

The Five Love Languages
My primary love language is probablyQuality Time
with a secondary love language being
Acts of Service.
Complete set of results
Quality Time: | 10 | |
Acts of Service: | 8 | |

Information
Unhappiness in relationships, according to Dr. Gary Chapman, is often due to the fact that we speak different love languages. Sometimes we don't understand our partner's requirements, or even our own. We all have a "love tank" that needs to be filled in order for us to express love to others, but there are different means by which our tank can be filled, and there are different ways that we can express love to others.Take the quiz
