I rang the landlord and told him again how bad this leaking all is
I asked him to come look at it while its happening
He said he didnt need to
He knew what was happening
and he told me hes putting off the inevitable

Im so mad
we had 2 fine days when he could have done it
but he didnt
I am suppose to be having a baby coffee group here on Friday morning I am getting put off inviting people to my house when its like this

I so understand the use of that face after your discussion with him
I'd be angry too. Is there any way the tenancy tribunal can do anything about it?
