You will be pleased to know that today I rang the tenancy people and they told me to write to the landlord requesting he repair the roof. They are also going to send some information as to what I can do next if I have to.

Im a solo mum of 3 wonderful children. My daughter bless her heart is 16 and lives in Auckland. My sons live with me :) One is 13 and the other is 3 I have a part time job which I love and home school my eldest son We moved to the Hawkes Bay and its beautiful :) I LOVE it here. Its usually sunny and beautiful :)

The landlord needs a womens lib to sort him out what you reckon ladys????

oh my goodness! nobody should have to live like that!!!!!!
That's just terrible! What a lousy landlord. Legally he's obligated to repair the house to be liveable and there's no way anyone can live with so many leaks.
the question at the moment is what are your rights and what can he get away with???? any ideas that we can put together for Jen ladys???
