1 a quiet day - needed it Daniel had a bad night last night and I didnt get much sleep
He loses his dummy and wakes up. He also plays with it and loses it. However, he likes to go to sleep sucking it.

2 my next door neighbour for having felttip pens so I could colour my prints outs of cupcakes that Im going to tell the children tomorrow at playgroup

3 an another fine day another good walk

4 Billy for giving Daniel his bottle while I finished making our dinner and the fact that he has voluteered to do it every night from now on

5 The good feeling of being alive and strong when I go for my walks
